I designed this hat for myself as a "Self-Employed Award." Being self-employed (part or full-time) takes discipline and lots and lots of hard work. Many of us forget to reward our efforts and dedication!

Sometimes I need a reminder to stop being the boss and put on the employee uniform. Do the tedious work. The annoying work. The taxes. The repetitive process.
