"Grow to Bloom" has been displayed in the Indiana State House. Myself and other Hoosier women were selected to exhibit our artwork in the State House for a year. My pieces, along with ten other women, will be displayed in the Indiana Treasurer's office.

The Hoosier Women Artist Ceremony was held at the Indiana State House on May 19th, 2017. I was honored to meet and speak with the Indiana State Treasurer Kelly Mitchell, Lieutenant Governor Suzanne Crouch, Indiana's First Lady Janet Holcomb, and the First Dog Henry. Their general excitement about the arts and women in our community is empowering to myself as a women and as an artist.

After the exhibit at the State House, "Grow to Bloom" will move to an exhibit at the Haan Mansion Museum of Indiana Art in Lafayette, Indiana. It will be a part of the "Hoosier Women Artists: Works Selected for the Statehouse" exhibit.
