The Centennial Celebration of Women's Suffrage took place in 2020. I was commissioned by the Lieutenant Governor, Susan Crouch, to create a piece to commemorate the history of women involved in the movement in Indiana. Six hand carved linocut plates were printed on fabric and adorned to a fabricated quilt. The quilt's fabrication was completed through the gathering of 4 generations in my family, women and men. Together, also the name of the piece, we embroidered, shared knowledge, and beaded every last stitch.
